Terms & Conditions
Curlella Online & In-Person Training
At Curlella, we are committed to delivering premium 
education in the art of blow-drying through both our online 
learning platform and in-person masterclasses. By enrolling 
in any of our courses or purchasing our educational products, 
you are agreeing to the terms outlined below.

■Online Learning & Digital Products
Curlella’s online training courses and digital resources 
(including The Blowdry Blueprint eBook) are delivered 
with instant access upon purchase. As such, all digital 
products are strictly non-refundable, whether you have 
started the course or downloaded the material. Please ensure 
you are fully satisfied with the course description before 
completing your order.
• Access is granted exclusively to the named student on 
the booking.
• All online courses include 3 months of access from the 
date of purchase. If the course is not completed within 
this time, access will expire, and a new purchase will 
be required to regain entry.
• Course content may not be shared, distributed, or 
taught by anyone else without express written 
permission from Curlella.
• Curlella does not guarantee a pass or outcome for any 
assessments or qualifications submitted.
• Each course has its own access time limit. Please refer 
to the course description before enrolling. Once access 
expires, you must repurchase the course to regain entry.
• Coursework must be submitted within your access 
period. Submissions made after this time may not be 
marked or may incur additional fees.
• Multiple attempts may be required to meet pass 
standards at the tutor's discretion.
• While all efforts are made to ensure our courses are 
clear and well-supported, Curlella is not liable for the 
perceived level of difficulty of any course.


■ 1:2:1 In-Person Training
Curlella has proudly trained over 500 students across the 
UK and internationally – from Ireland to Spain. Founded 
by Kira Paige, who built Curlella from the ground up with 
over seven years of industry experience, these sessions are 
known for turning complete beginners into successful stylists 
– and even educators themselves.
All 1:2:1 courses are subject to availability and are nonrefundable once booked. Please ensure you are available on 
the date and at the location discussed before committing.
In-Person Booking & Deposit Policy
• To secure your space on a 1:2:1 course, a nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance is due on the day of your inperson training session.
• Bookings can be made via Instagram DM 
(@curlellabykirapaige or the booking link in bio
• Deposits cannot be transferred, refunded, or credited in 
any circumstance.
• Please ensure you're confident in the date, location, and 
availability before placing your deposit.
• All bookings are subject to availability and are 
confirmed once your deposit is received.
If you're unable to attend your course, please notify us at 
least 14 days in advance. Changes requested after this point 
will be reviewed case-by-case and may result in a loss of 
payment.


■ Changes, Cancellations & Rescheduling
Curlella reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course in 
the case of exceptional circumstances. If this happens:
• We will contact you as soon as possible with a new date 
or location.
• If you cannot attend the new schedule, you must notify 
us within 48 hours to receive a credit note valid for 6 
months.
• Refunds will only be issued in the rare event that a 
course is completely cancelled with no alternative 
provided.
If you need to change your course date:
• Requests must be made via email at least 14 days 
before the course.
• No changes are guaranteed and may incur additional 
charges if outside this timeframe.
• Failure to attend without notice will result in a full loss 
of payment.


■ Payments & Pricing
• Curlella reserves the right to decline card payments due 
to insufficient funds or lack of authorization.
• Prices may vary and are subject to change. Always 
check the latest pricing before booking.
• All course and product purchases are non-refundable.
In exceptional cases, a credit note may be issued at 
Curlella’s discretion and will be valid for 6 months from the 
date of issue.


■ Disclaimer of Liability
We recommend students speak with us before booking if 
unsure about the course suitability. However, the final 
decision rests with the customer, and Curlella accepts no 
liability for dissatisfaction based on individual expectations. 
We are not responsible for any damages, misuse, or results 
following training or product use, either during  or after your 
course.
